The ITV series returned tonight for its fifth show, but viewers were distracted every time Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield came on screen.
As the This Morning presenters spoke to the viewers at home, many claimed they couldn’t understand a word they were saying - thanks to the bellowing noises from the crowd.
“@dancingonice can't hear a word Phil and Holly are saying! Too much screaming! So annoying! #DancingOnIce,” snapped one viewer.
Another moaned: “Can't hear a word Phil or Holly is saying #DancingOnIce.”

“Shut that f**king audience up,” hissed one more, which was followed by: “I'm the only one watching #DancingOnIce and I just said shhhh, to who?? Oh yes THE AUDIENCE, SHUT UP!!!!!!!”
A fifth agreed: “@dancingonice any chance the sound engineers @ITV can turn the screaming audience down a bit? Can't hear @hollywills and @Schofe speak #DancingOnIce.”
“Rentamob being far too loud in the training area. Couldn't hear a thing Holly & Phil were saying,” someone else complained.

This riled viewer tweeted: “What is the point of Philip and Holly talking? The audience squeals and screams drown them out.”
However, while the studio audience riled viewers, almost everyone watching Dancing on Ice could agree on one thing: Jake Quickenden was sensational.
The former X Factor star earned the highest score of the series following his stunning routine to James Bay’s Let It Go.

Unsurprising then that he’s the firm favourite with bookmakers to win.
Sadly, Lemar has found himself at the other end of the scale with both bookmakers and the voting public.
Before the show even begun tonight viewers predicted the outcome in their droves on Twitter after Lemar landed in the skate-off for a third consecutive week last Sunday.
Dancing On Ice airs Sundays at 6pm on ITV.
