
Coray Lennane O’Halloran and Marc Ernest Thibaut de Maisieres were married Jan. 31 at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau. Angel L. Lopez, a staff member of the New York City clerk’s office, officiated. On Feb. 17, the Rev. Stefan Roth, a Roman Catholic priest, is to lead a religious ceremony at St. Mauritius Church in Zermatt, Switzerland, where he is the parish priest.
Mrs. Thibaut de Maisieres, 26, is an investor relations associate at ICR, a communications and advisory firm in New York. She graduated from the University of Richmond.
She is a daughter of Andrea D. O’Halloran and F. Thomas O’Halloran of Bronxville, N.Y. Her father is a portfolio manager and partner in Lord, Abbett & Company, a partner-owned investment management firm in Jersey City.
Mr. Thibaut de Maisieres, 33, is a director of product strategy and marketing at King Digital Entertainment, which develops and publishes games, including Candy Crush Saga, on digital platforms. He graduated with distinction from the Catholic University of Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels, and received a master’s degree in business engineering with great distinction from the Free University of Brussels, and an M.B.A. from Columbia.
He is the son of Marina Solvay and Claude Thibaut de Maisieres, both of Brussels. His father retired as a senior executive vice president of the plastics sector from Solvay, a chemical company in Brussels founded by Ernest Solvay, of whom the groom is a maternal descendant.
The couple met in fall 2015 at the Daily cocktail bar, which was in NoLIta, and two years later Mr. Thibaut de Maisieres proposed along the waterfront in Sag Harbor, N.Y.
