The Pashtun protestors gathered outside the press club in Islamabad, Pakistan and raised azaadi slogans.
The protest has been going on since past three days and the protestors have refused to call it off unless their demands are being accepted by the government of Pakistan.
Thousands of people joined the protest across the country, raising slogans against the fake encounter that took place on January 13 in Karachi.
Strong allegations have been made against the security agencies of Pakistan saying that they have time and again been sheltering terrorists due to which the tribal people of Pakistan and Afghanistan living near the borders have suffered a lot.
The Pashtun community has put forth a 'five point charter of demand' and arrest of suspended Malir SSP, Rao Anwar. They have also demanded assurance by the government that law should be followed in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
It's said that not a single family of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) is unaffected due to the atrocities inflicted upon them.
A lot of people have lost their lives but no one cares about them since they belong to FATA.
The protestors have also demanded investigation into the extra judicial killings and asked for removal of land mines from the tribal areas.
