Leif Ostmo, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away January 25, 2018. Leif will be remembered by family and friends as witty, social, and a master woodworker with an unrelenting devotion to his wife, Marie.

Leif was born November 30, 1937 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Alf and Hjordis Ostmo. Leif graduated from Lakeview High School and Southern Oregon State College. On August 19, 1960, Leif married Marie Annette Walters, of Shady Cove. He spent his entire career as an educator and administrator in the Eagle Point school district until retirement.

Leif was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Marie. He is survived by his sons, Erik (Jenni) and Christopher (Andrea); seven grandchildren, Nate, Nolan, Nicholas, Christian (Deborah), Amarissa, Angelique, and Caleb; and a great-granddaughter, Melaya.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. February 10, 2018 at Perl Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jackson County School District #9 (Eagle Point.)
