RAJKOT: A 50km cyclothon will be organized on Sunday in the city as a
pre-event ahead of the Rajkot marathon scheduled for February 18. As many as 750 people aged between 16 and 78 years have registered for the cyclothon. Besides participants from Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Dhoraji, Gondal, Jamnagar, Keshod, Khambhaliya, Kodinar, Somnath, Thangadh, Upleta and Wankaner, athletes from Nashik and
Imphal have also registered for the event. Participants have to complete this 50km cycling in three hours.
This cyclothon will begin form
Kishanpara Chowk at 6am on Sunday and return to the same place.
