Dhaka Stock Exchange today witnessed a record fall since April 26, 2015, putting thousands of investors’ money on a free fall.
DSEX, the benchmark index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, fell to 5,888.29 points by over 133 points or 2.21 percent today.
A total of 90330 shares worth Tk 3,549.085 million were traded today.
Of the issues traded, 23 witnessed an advance, 302 declined, and 11 remained unchanged, according to DSE website.
