Imphal, February 03 2018: A new organisation called Mapitehl Dam Affected Headmen/Chiefs & Elder Organisation (MDAHCEO) was formed yesterday to take up the issue of Mapithel dam.

Solomon Mung, headman of Louphong village was elected as the chairman of the organisation.
