Deputy Secretary of Technical and Madrasah Education Division Subodh Chandra Dhali, as chief guest, inaugurated the registration for the golden jubilee celebration and reunion programme of the country's only government institute for graphics arts, Graphics Arts Institute, by releasing balloons in the air. The celebration programme will be held on March 9 this year.
