Class III girl suffers fracture in hand after boy pushes her down

Indore : A class III girl student of a private school was injured after she was allegedly pushed down by a student of the same school on Saturday. Police are collecting information about the incident.

Parents of the victim gave a written complaint at Lasudiya police station that their daughter Prerana Sharma suffered fracture in her hand after a student of her school pushed her down.

They alleged that the school staff instead of rushing her to a hospital took her home. The family members further alleged that the accused boy had earlier thrashed their daughter and they had lodged a complaint with school administration but no action was taken by them.


Lasudiya police station incharge Rajendra Soni said that the girl is injured and is undergoing treatment in a hospital but it is not cleared wheter she was pushed down by someone or she fell down accidently. “We are collecting information from the school administration too,” Soni said. The police official denied of any complaint made by the girl’s parents to the police. However, statement of the victim is also being taken by the police.
