If you still have some of their energy left by Saturday evening then you could take up an invitation to trip the light fantastic - and enjoy some party fun that will leave you glowing.

JumpArena in Gateshead is hosting a Laser and UV Disco Party which will certainly keep people on their toes.

The indoor trampoline park announced the return of the event due to popular demand and Saturday's party will kick off at 6pm.

Guests are encouraged to grab their glow sticks and soak up the atmosphere as the lights are dimmed and the lasers switched on.

Glow sticks and glow bands will be on sale at the reception area of the attraction from 6pm and people can expect “the biggest floor fillers, UV face painting - and lots of fun".

For those who perhaps want something a little more sedate, JumpArena Gateshead is also set to host a Peter Rabbit Toddler Event.

Taking place from February 5-9, this will celebrate the release of the upcoming Peter Rabbit film with a meet-and-greet with the children’s favourite during the venue’s toddler hours which are 10am-11am and 1pm-2pm.

Meanwhile, current offers at JumpArena include a February Pass which entitles visitors to a jump every day in February for around £19.99.

The trampoline park, at Metro Riverside Par near the Tyne, launched last year with a host of activities on offer ranging from sports and free jumping to open jumps - for anyone over the age of five - and toddler jumps.

The indoor arena also includes dodgeball courts, basketball and foam pits.
