Over 500 bags of heroin seized
The Georgetown Police Department, with the assistance of the Delaware State Police Drug Unit, Governor’s Task Force, Delaware Probation and Parole and the Dover Police Department have concluded a drug investigation with the execution of two search warrants and the arrest of 11 suspects.
The first search warrant was executed on Wednesday, Jan. 31, in the 200 building of Dunbarton Apartments, where 287 bags of heroin, 1.45 grams of crack cocaine and marijuana were seized. Three people were arrested.
19-year-old Samuel Senecharles, of Georgetown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $8,500 secured bond. 18-year-old Dontrae Flowers, of Rehoboth, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. He was released on $8,000 unsecured bond. 22-year-old Javar Ricketts, of Lincoln was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $22,100 secured bond.The second search warrant was issued on Friday, Feb. 2, on several apartments in the 100 building of Dunbarton Apartments, where 227 bags of heroin, 11.57 grams of crack cocaine, 0.39 grams of cocaine, 15.56 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a .38 caliber revolver were seized. Eight people were arrested.
42-year-old Daimyon Gibbs, of Rehoboth Beach, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $134,000 cash bond. 27-year-old Orlien J. Aclair, of Felton, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy, second-degree trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $104,600 cash bond. 34-year-old Karl Motto, of Seaford, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $70,400 cash bond. 26-year-old Alexis Norwood, of Georgetown, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy, maintaining a drug property, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $38,000 secured bond. 21-year-old Javontai Ricketts, of Millsboro, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy, second-degree trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $52,000 cash bond. 18-year-old Dontrae Flowers, of Rehoboth, was arrested for the second time and charged with possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy, breach of release and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $32,000 cash bond. 36-year-old Brandon Gibbs, of Georgetown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $7,100 secured bond. 26-year-old Rayleisha Gibbs, of Georgetown, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug property and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on unsecured bond.
