Good times are rolling!

St. Andrews Mardi Gras festivities continue Saturday along Beck Avenue in Panama City. The celebration in Bay County involves more than 14 Krewes and 30 brightly colored floats.

Parking on Beck Avenue and 11th Street is prohibited during Mardi Gras events, but is available at these locations, with shuttles running to the festivities from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.:

• J.C. Penney parking lot (Panama City Mall), 2000 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

• Courtyard by Marriott, 905 E. 23rd Place

• Holiday Inn, 2001 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

• Rodeway Inn, 4111 W. U.S. 98

 

SATURDAY’S SCHEDULE

11 a.m. to 10 p.m.: Festival events, live music and food

11 a.m.: Cool Munchkins Kids Village opens

2 p.m.: Main Parade

4 p.m.: Heat & The Zydeco Gents Band

7 p.m.: Panhandlers Band
