South Sudanese refugees in northern Uganda are struggling to cope with rising costs of living and educational challenges for their children. The refugees who live in urban parts of Uganda say they are not entitled to the local government’s humanitarian aid. Our correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has been speaking to urban refugees in Uganda’s north and has filed this report.
