Cong minister, 24 others file nominations for Meghalaya polls

H D R Lyngdoh and 24 others filed their nomination papers today for the February 27 Assembly polls, for the state F R said. Meanwhile, paid a visit today to the party's and former chief minister D D Lapang, who has been unwell for a while, party officials said.
