PV Sindhu and doubles pair Sikki Reddy and Pranaav Jerry Chopra are the only remaining Indian challengers in the India Open Super Series being held in New Delhi. Sindhu’s next match will be against Thailand’s Ratchanok Intanon in the semi-finals of the tournament. The Hyderabad shuttler is the top seed in the tournament and will be looking to remain on track as she looks to secure a successful title defence. But the Thai has a superior 4-2 head-to-head record against Sindhu. At the same time, Sindhu had enjoyed a comfortable win over her at the Hong Kong Open in November.
