Bollywood’s one of the most adorable couples Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh, who tied the knot in 2012, have been redefining couple goals for years now. The couple completed six years of togetherness today and Genelia took to her micro-blogging site to share a beautiful proposal for her husband Riteish Deshmukh on their sixth wedding anniversary. Sharing a picture with Riteish and wishing him with a heartfelt Anniversary message, she wrote, “I’m just a girl, standing in front of a guy, asking him to love her.. Will you @Riteishd …again n again n again???? Happy Anniversary”
Riteish too took to Instagram to reply to his ‘Baiko’ with another filmy message. Sharing an adorable picture of the two, Riteish wrote, “To my partner, my friend, my everything. Happy Anniversary Baiko. Life is good because you are in it. तू मिले दिल खिले, और जीने को क्या चाहिए। (now that I have met you, my heart is blooming, what else do I need to survive)”
Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, who’ve been paired opposite each other in many films such as Tujhe Meri Kasam, Masti, Lai Bhaari and Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, sealed their eight-year-long relationship with a lavish Maharashtrian-style wedding on February 3, 2012 and they tied the knot at a church in suburban Bandra amidst family, close friends and relatives on February 4. Their wedding saw a beautiful amalgamation of both the traditions right from the pre-wedding bash to the wedding ceremony. The duo, who first met 17 years back on the sets on their debut film Tujhe Meri Kasam, are now proud parents to two sons, Riaan and Rahyl. Watch this space for further updates.
