NEW DELHI: CPM national general secretary Sitaram Yehucy has said that further action will be taken if needed in connection with the financial fraud case raised against CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan’s son Binoy Kodiyeri.

Yechury also confirmed that a complaint has been received against Binoy and that they will not use anyone misuse the party as a tool for any vested interests.
