It also decided to increase the maternity leave for contractual women employees from 135 days to 180 days, bringing them at par with regular women employees in this respect. It was also decided to invite Expression of Interest (EoI) for roping in design consultant for carrying out a detailed feasibility study for constructing 2,000 km of road length under proposed World Bank assistance for Himachal Pradesh State Roads Project Phase-II.
