Tad and Krystal Montgomery of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Maylie Jade, on Jan. 17, 2018, at Wise Health Systems in Decatur.

She weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 18 1/4 inches long.

She has one brother, Lochlan Daly, 2 1/2.

Grandparents are Tracey and Belinda Sherman of Decatur, Diana Montgomery of McKinney and Brad Montgomery of Melissa.

Great-grandparents are Don and Jerilyn Singleton of Decatur and Vera Montgomery of McKinney.
