Early Sunday morning icing concerns in NE GA

ATLANTA - A wedge of cold air in Northeast Georgia early Sunday could help produce some freezing rain.

The areas of concern are highlighted in the graphics above.

The threat of light icing will be from 4 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Only rain is expected for the rest of North Georgia and metro Atlanta.

By late morning, all areas well above freezing and the rain will continue into the afternoon.
