Police have teamed up with the coastguard in the hunt for a missing woman, after she was last seen at 10am this morning.
Hampshire Constabulary have issued a plea for help, saying they are concerned for her welfare after she was last season getting into her car.
The coastguard service confirmed that they are taking part in the search of riverbanks between Hamble and Lee-on-Solent.
Alison Milchem, of Chandler's Ford, was last seen at 10am in the Forest Road area.
Coastguard said that they were contacted by police shortly after 11.30am.
She is described as white, around 5ft tall and with short, curly grey hair.
Alison was last seen wearing gym clothing.
Her car is a silver Toyota Yaris with the last three characters of her number plate listed as MKN.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 227 of today's date.
