Guernsey Health Choices/Alcohol and Drugs Services will offer walk-in assessments on Monday, Feb. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at its offices at 927 Wheeling Ave., Suite 310.
Anyone interested in completing an assessment will need to sign in and the appointments are scheduled that day. If more individuals sign in than there is time for an assessment that day, the individual may choose to schedule an appointment for a different day or return the following Monday.
