Update following notification of Liquidation of MIVAL Connect EUR Asset Backed ETI

MIVAL Connect EUR Asset Backed ETI (ISIN MT0001151357)
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to notify the investors in the above-mentioned ETI, that following the notification issued in respect of Mival Connect EUR Asset Backed ETI on the 22nd December, 2017, whereby investors have been notified that Mival Connect EUR Asset Backed ETI has been put into liquidation with the expected settlement to be before the end 2018, investors have also been offered the possibility to purchase, in exchange of the ETI Units, any or all of the underlying investment of the collateral obligor i.e. INFC Holding Ltd.
By means of this notification, the Issuer wishes to clarify that any offers for the purchase of any or all of the shares in INFC Holding Ltd (held by Mival Connect EUR Asset Backed ETI must be received by the Issuer by no later than 30th September, 2018.
