WEYMOUTH — Tree removal operations along Route 18 between Clark Street in Abington, and Fountain Lane in Weymouth will begin on Monday, Feb. 5. The work will result in a lane closure from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day for approximately two weeks, meaning there will be one alternating lane of travel. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation reminds drivers traveling through the impacted area to be aware of potential delays, reduce their speed and drive carefully.
