Five minors in Butler and Clarion counties were charged with transmitting sexually explicit images, according to Pennsylvania State Police — Troop D — Butler Trooper Jessica Titler.  According to Titler, a 14-year-old Petrolia girl and a 12-year-old East Brady girl are both suspects and victims in the case.
