(Reuters) - Dennis Edwards, one of the former lead singers of Motown group The Temptations, has died at age 74, his wife told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Edwards, who lived in Missouri, died at a hospital in Chicago on Thursday night of complications from meningitis, his wife, Brenda, told the newspaper. His 75th birthday would have been on Saturday.
