CANTON  The College Club of Canton is offering the Ruth Wolter tuition grant for a woman older than 25 who needs a year or less to complete her college degree, as well as graduates who need additional requirements for a specific type of employment and licensed nurses who need an additional year for a degree.

Applicants must live in Stark and adjacent counties and be willing to work in her field locally after graduation.
