New Delhi, Feb 2: A day after Arun Jaitley presented Union budget 2018 in Parliament, Thomas Isaac, Kerala Finance Minister tabled LDF government’s state budget on Friday. Meanwhile, in his budget speech in Kerala Assembly, Issac promised to offer comprehensive health insurance to all in the state. He also allocated Rs 2000 crore for coastal area development and announced Rs 1267 crore for women-safety projects.
