It seems like the entire country tunes in to the Super Bowl each year, but if you'd rather not watch grown men slam into each other over and over again (no doubt causing serious brain damage), then we've got the solution for you.

There's plenty of good TV airing on Sunday, Feb. 4, so here's a few suggestions of what to watch instead of the Super Bowl this weekend.

There's always the option of hunkering down with eight hours of Fixer Upper on HGTV starting at 12/11c. If you're looking for something a little edgier, FXM is airing The Purge and The Purge: Anarchy during the Super Bowl, while USA kicks off an all day marathon of Law & Order: SVU. All of these options can also be found on fuboTV (Try for free).

Alternatively, Freeform will be airing a Snow White and the Seven Dwarves marathon starting at 11:30/10:30c if you're in the mood for some throwback Disney goodness. TNT is getting in on the movie marathon action too with back to back airings of The Hunger Games trilogy starting at 2/1c, or you can spend your day laughing with a Family Guy marathon at 12/11c on TBS.

As for streaming, Altered Carbon, a futuristic sci-fi series, has started streaming on Netflix, or all of you This Is Us fans can catch up on Season 2 on Hulu before the post-Super Bowl episode where we finally found out how Jack dies!
