National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated January 11, 2018 had initiated liquidation process against Gujarat NRE Coke Limited (Scrip Code: 512579 and 570003) and appointed Insolvency Professional as Liquidator. National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has ordered liquidation of the Company as going concern.

Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Gujarat NRE Coke Limited. (Scrip Code: 512579 and 570003) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, February 12, 2018.
