Mitch Holthus, the “Voice of the Kansas City Chiefs,” will deliver the Dillon Lecture at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the Hutchinson Sports Arena.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the door. Students are admitted free.
Holthus is a native of Smith Center and has been the play-by-play announcer for the Chiefs longer than anyone else in the franchise’s history. He also provides play-by-play coverage for various games during the basketball season.
Holthus is a motivational speaker, and he will give the first lecture this calendar year in Hutchinson Community College’s Ray and Stella Dillon Lecture Series.
