• The podcast “2 Dope Queens” comes to life with the first of four hourlong specials, airing 11:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, on HBO.

• “The Simone Biles Story: Courage To Soar” makes a timely debut at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, on Lifetime, although we doubt there are many, if any, references to Dr. Larry Nasser in this celebration.

• Because it was bumped by the State of the Union address on Tuesday, NBC’s “This Is Us” gets a special airing on Sunday, Feb. 4, immediately after Super Bowl LXII — but without a Justin Timberlake performance in the middle.
