Joe Jewett: Must reinterpret or amend Constitution on guns

Another school shooting. Is anyone surprised? Pretty soon no one will even manage to be outraged anymore.

Those bodies hitting the floor? That’s the sound made by a “well-regulated militia.” Until we as a country can manage to confront our misinterpretation of our Constitution or amend it, the carnage will continue.
