Vancouver teen reported missing

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Police are seeking the public's help to find a Vancouver teen missing since Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Katie Moreno-Garcia, 16, left her home in east Vancouver on Wednesday and hasn't been seen since.

Police say Katie is 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing black jeans, a white T-shirt and a silver necklace with two rings hanging from it.
