YouTube pranksters raided the house for a second time in a week on Friday as comic Dapper Laughs was being evicted.
Bosses took the decision to film Tuesday night’s triple eviction on a 20-minute tape delay to avoid a repeat.
The Daily Star understands future departures may also be pre-filmed to ensure housemate safety.
It means Big Brother's 18-year history of nail biting live votes may be over.
Viewers still belived they were watching the action live, as advertised on screen.
But a show insider said producers were acting within Ofcom guidelines with the delay.
They added: “It is actually very common with live TV.”
Online jokers Ally Law and Ryan Taylor climbed into the house on Friday, just days after breaking in and filming celebs.

Jess added: “Oh my God, help me I’m scared.”
Presenter Emma Willis reassured viewers, saying: “Everybody is fine, they didn’t get into the house.”
