Movie actress Jackie Loughery was the guest of the Key Club Luncheon. Luscious Miss Loughery appears in the movie "Eighteen and Anxious," now playing at the State Theatre.

The Ohio Department of Health says that the Coshocton Avenue monkey shot and killed by a policeman last week was not rabid.

FEBRUARY 1, 1978

Rex Miller of Dexter City was hired as village patrolman in Caldwell. He filled the vacancy caused by the resignation of Ptl. Richard Fogle.

FEBRUARY 1, 1988

New officers installed at the Cambridge Concert Association include: Blanche Arnold, president; Tom McGough, first vice president; Nancy Cox, second vice president; Jones, third vice president; Doris Reed, secretary; and Nellie Bichard, treasurer.

Area card players gathered at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center to participate in the second annual bridge tournament. Area residents included: Madeline Andrews, Buzz Ferguson, Marge DeVault, and Mickey Alexander.
