The Scheme of Amalgamation: -
Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Dollex Industries Limited into Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd, Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the shareholders of Dollex Industries Limited in the following share exchange ratio:
“01 equity share of Rs.5/- each Fully Paid Up of Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd for every 0.97 equity Share of Rs.5/- each held in Dollex Industries Limited”.
