Rutgers has done a majority of the heavy lifting when it comes to the 2018 class, one week away from traditional signing day. The first Wednesday of February has lost some of its luster as most FBS recruits throughout the country have already signed to their respective schools, with a good number of them already on campus. So let's see where Rutgers stands and if there's any wiggle room left to get any more work done within the class.
Early enrollees (10)
The 10 following prospects have been on campus for the past couple weeks. They are already enrolled and training with the team.
Artur Sitkowski, QB, IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) (6-4, 225)
A four-star recruit originally out of Old Bridge, Sitkowski looks good on the run has a strong arm and strong mechanics -- all of the physical tools needed to compete at Rutgers from day one. And with a spring to prepare, he'll have a shot to do that. But in the end, it'll all come down to whether he can learn the playbook and get accustomed to the speed of the game at the next level to compete against Power 5 competition as a freshman.
