Market Now: RCom, Fortis Healthcare, GMR Infra most traded stocks

NEW DELHI: Reliance Communications (number of shares traded: 2.69 crore), Fortis Healthcare (2.23 crore) and GMR Infrastructure (2.32 crore) were the most traded stocks on NSE in Thursday's trade.
Shares of Jain Irrigation Systems (1.81 crore), Unitech (1.44 crore), Suzlon Energy (1.20 crore) and ICICI Bank (1.10 crore) were also in the league of most traded stocks.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 36 points up at 11,064, while the BSE Sensex was 116 points up at 36,081 around 12:10 pm (IST).
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty50 index, 29 were in the green, while 21 were in the red.
In the Nifty index, Larsen & Toubro, Eicher Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, IndusInd Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank were the top gainers.
On the other hand, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma, Coal India, Tata Steel and Infosys were the top losers.
