Petition might be considered Thursday
The petition against A K Saseendran submitted at the Kerala High Court might be considered on Thursday.
It was a woman, a native of Thycaud in Thiruvananthapuram named Mahalakshmi, who had filed the petition at the HC seeking to cancel the ruling by the Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court that acquitted A K Saseendran.
A petition she submitted earlier seeking the same was rejected by the Magistrate Court.
She has said in her petition that the sabotaging of the case against Saseendran was an insult to women.
