Mozambican public telecom companies get new directors

The management of public companies Mocambique Celular (mCel) and Telecomunicacoes de Mocambique (TDM) announced the appointment of four new executive officers as part of the merger between the two firms, reports Diario de Noticias. Juvencio Maenzana will be executive director of operations, Marcia Fenita will act as commercial executive director, Arlindo Dava will occupy the position of executive director of finance and Augusto Fe will be in the position of executive director of personnel and corporate services.

The four new directors will occupy the positions of 11 others, whose replacement was announced last month. The merger process should be completed by December 2018, according to the statement.
