A man was killed and two people injured after a shooting on Kent’s East Hill late Wednesday.
Police were called just before 10 p.m. to an apartment complex in the 24000 block of 108th Place Southeast.
They found a man dead at the scene, one injured from a gunshot wound and a third injured after being struck by a vehicle while trying to run away from the chaos.
The victim has not been identified.
The two people injured were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Their conditions were unknown.
A King County sheriff’s helicopter helped search for the shooter, but no one has been arrested. Several streets that closed overnight reopened by 6 a.m.

Police have not released information about what led up to the shooting.
Officers continue to look for a blue Dodge Charger that may have been involved in the incident.
