Petition against Saseendran
A native of Thycaud in Thiruvananthapuram named Mahalakshmi had filed a petition at the HC seeking to cancel the ruling by the Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court that acquitted A K Saseendran in the phone conversation case.
The petition she submitted earlier seeking the same was rejected by the Magistrate Court.
She has said in her petition that the sabotaging of the case against Saseendran was an insult to women.
The HC has asked for an explanation based on this petition.
