Dhaka's rail link with other parts became normal

Dhaka's rail communication with other parts of the country resumed after two and half hours of disruption.

 

Oshim Kumar Talukder, Paksi divisional officer of Bangladesh Railway, said the train services became normal around 9:30am.

 

Earlier, the train communication halted when SBID-2 freight train collided with a Chittagong-bound 'MG BC Block' freight train in Bhangura Rail Station of Pabna around 7am, leaving the driver of SBID-2 injured.

 

He was, later, admitted to Bhangura Health Complex.
