Beeline launches LTE network in Kurgan

Russian mobile operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon Group, has launched its LTE network in the cities of Kurgan and Shadrinsk in the Kurgan region. The services have been launched on the 1,800 MHz and 2,600 MHz bands. 

The maximum broadband speed currently totals 60 Mbps in both Kurgan and Shadrinsk.
