Qatar- Bedaya Center allows entrepreneurs to display new ideas at CTC Festival

DOHA: Bedaya Center has given an opportunity to new entrepreneurs to display their brand-new ideas at Chocolate, Tea and Coffee (CTC) Festival being held at Hotel Park.
With participation of more than fifty stalls, trucks and carts offering variety of tea, coffee and chocolates, Bedaya center has also set up eight stalls including trucks and carts.
Bedaya Center stalls include few new and old cafés which include, 95 Degrees Café, B Café, Nitro Coffee, Cane Hut, Kadi Café and many more.
Talking to The Peninsula, Mahmood Al Mahmood, entrepreneurship adviser at Bedaya Center said: 'I feel proud to be a part of such a unique festival being held in Qatar. Bedaya Center's main purpose is to give opportunities to Qatari entrepreneurs to display their ideas to public. We have given chance to eight local brands this time.We have given special discount for stalls' booking at the festival due to collaboration between CTC and Bedaya Center.
Commenting on Bedaya Centre's responsibility:'The main objective of Bedaya Center is to enable entrepreneurs in the fields of professional development and entrepreneurship through diverse mediums and methods, said Mahmood. 'These include workshops for basic and advanced skills, which will help them adapt to the local market and launch their projects and products, he added.
Thousands of coffee, tea and chocolate lovers thronged to the venue to sense of taste of mouth-watering chocolates with hot tea and coffee.Tamr Café Cart belongs to a local entrepreneur from Bedaya Center. The owner of Tamr Café told The Peninsula: 'I have created this coffee from the seeds of dates which is caffeine free. I have made two types of coffee, one created by the seeds of dates and the other is a combination of Arabic coffee. I have recently come up with this business idea; I hope everyone in country will love this one-of-its-kind idea of coffee.
The entry-free festival opens each day from 5pm to 12 midnight and the festival will continue till February 3.
