Area Wrestling: Flyers split with Willmar, Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA—Tony Winkelman pinned both of his 170-pound foes for the Little Falls Flyers as they split with the Willmar Cardinals and Alexandria Cardinals in a pair of Section 8-3A matchups Tuesday.

At 152, the Flyers' Simon Bryce registered a technical fall and decision.

CROSBY—Steven Erkenbrack scored pins at 170 and 182 pounds as the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines lost to Park Rapids and Crosby-Ironton in a Mid-State Conference triangular Tuesday.

Jayson Young (132) added victories by fall and by forfeit for the Wolverines.
