NEW CASTLE — The Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County is holding a two-day training on human trafficking.
The event, which is open to the public, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the center at 1218 W. State St., New Castle.
