Ujjain: Akhada Parishad meeting from Friday
Ujjain: A two-day meeting of the Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad (ABAP), slated for February 2, will take on record preparations for the ensuing Allahabad Ardh Kumbh. ABAP chief Mahant Narendra Giri stated on Wednesday that representatives of all 13 akhadas will participate in the meeting, to be conducted in three sessions at its Neelganga head office. According to him, the shortcomings of the Nasik Kumbh-2015 and Simhastha Fair-2016 will also be discussed and suggestions with regard to stay, procession and land allotments at the Allahabad will be main issues on its agenda.
