BLOOMINGTON, Minn. -- Few Eagles defensive players have faced Tom Brady more than linebacker Nigel Bradham, who spent the first four seasons of his career in the AFC East as a member of the Buffalo Bills.

In eight career games against the Patriots, Bradham has 20 tackles but has yet to intercept or sack four time Super Bowl MVP quarterback.

Ahead of Super Bowl LII, Bradham appeared on NJ Advance Media's The No-Huddle Show Podcast and revealed the biggest key to beating Brady and the Patriots.

"You have to be on cue with this guy," Bradham said of Brady. "Obviously, he's an accurate quarterback. You have to play tight coverage, and you have to play through the play. You can be on somebody, but he's going to throw it, regardless, because he trusts his guys. You have to play through the play, and get pressure on him. He gets the ball out quick."

Bradham admitted that it can be easy for a defense to get frustrated on the field when pressure isn't getting home, but that managing the ebbs and flows of the game might be the biggest key to the Super Bowl

"The biggest thing is, you can't get frustrated," Bradham said. "There are going to be times when we can't get to attack him, because he gets rid of the ball too quickly. You can't get frustrated with that. We have to keep our composure, and I think that's going to be the main thing. We have to keep telling each other to keep our composure, and no matter how frustrated you get early ... Because, everybody wants to get pressure on him. But, you have to play the game the right way."

In the latest episode of The No-Huddle Show, Bradham talks about how he can carry his past experience against Brady into Sunday's game. In addition, NFL, Dhani Jones recalls how halftime of Super Bowl XXXIX impacted the Eagles and how Doug Pederson's team can avoid that on Sunday. Plus former Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho talks about how divisive Chip Kelly was and how valuable Doug Pederson's transformation of the team's culture has been, while Eliot Shorr-Parks and Matt Lombardo talk about Super Bowl LII
